Are you an experienced security installation professional ready to advance your career? SoundThinking is seeking an Installer to deliver professional installations of our SafePointe product. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, expertise in outdoor low voltage (Cat6) installations, concrete cutting, and IT equipment racking. Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Install weapons detection systems, security cameras, and racking IT equipment at customer sites, including anchoring bollards, running Cat6 cables, and concrete work.
• Resolve discrepancies with plans and personnel.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Document work using tools like MS Office, Monday.com, and ServiceMax.
• Handle loading, unloading, and lifting of heavy equipment.
• Travel 75% or more.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with outdoor PoE Cat6 cabling and concrete cutting.
• Experience supervising teams.
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.
• Able to pass background checks and lift 100 lbs.
• Preferred: facilities/casino management experience.

Work Environment

Hybrid schedule: onsite 3 days/week at Fremont, CA; Tucson, AZ; Washington, D.C.; or Iselin, NJ.
