Job Title: Home Health Physical Therapist • Days
Join our team as a Physical Therapist in a 13•week contract role, working 40 hours per week. Your responsibilities will include providing home health care services, managing a case load of 25•30 points, and using Oasis and Homecare Homebase for electronic records.
Requirements include a valid PT License, BLS Certification, prior home health care experience, and flexibility for potential float requirements. Familiarity with Oasis is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided.
This Tucson, Arizona•based role involves home care with no specific scrub color requirement. Details on PPE and parking will be provided later. No on•call or holiday requirements. All time off must be pre•approved.
