Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Support Assistant, your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Supporting nurses with patient care and treatments, aiding with daily personal activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding.
  • Preparing and transporting patients, while effectively communicating their needs to nursing staff.
  • Establishing meaningful relationships with patients and their families to aid their recovery.
  • Celebrating and acknowledging the progress and achievements of our patients.

Qualifications Needed
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Current CPR certification (required).
