AlphaGraphics Commercial Printing Services is looking for a Mail Equipment Operator to join our team! We are looking for someone who works well in a team and exceeds customer expectations through accuracy and quality. The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality work.

The primary purpose of the Mail Equipment Operator is to operate equipment to prepare outgoing mail for distribution using multiple pieces of equipment, including sealing, stamping, folding, stuffing and affixing postage. The Mail Equipment Operator is always committed to quality while maintaining customer expectations and deadlines.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

Prepare incoming and outgoing mail for distribution

Minimum one year knowledge of mailing equipment

Minimum one year knowledge of mail process and USPS mail regulations

Mechanical abilities preferred

Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task

Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift and lift at least 40 pounds.
