SUMMARY
Custodial tasks and maintenance of agency properties.
DUTIES
Responsible for preventative maintenance to ensure the quality of buildings and grounds.
Maintenance of all property facility equipment and machinery according to safety and sanitation requirements including scheduling of vehicle maintenance and repairs, if applicable.
Responsible for all ordering and inventory of custodial equipment and maintenance supplies in most efficient and cost-effective manner.
Responsible for upkeep of grounds including common areas and reporting quarterly or as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Any Combination of training and experience equivalent to two (2) years of commercial, institutional, or industrial custodial experience, including experience directing the work of others.
